Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is a Class A motorcoach resort. Our Owner’s Association defines Class A in the traditional sense meaning motor homes and converted buses that have a flat front (not a truck, van or semi front end). We understand the appeal of other types of coaches and trailers, but we don’t have a provision to host those units as either a guest or owner. Additionally, Class A motorcoaches must be a minimum of 25 feet in length and be no older than 10 years of age.  Please call 702-897-9300 if you have any questions.

How do I book a luxury lot at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” or call our office at 702-897-9300 and one of our guest services professionals will be glad to help you.

What type of hook-ups are on the rental sites?
Every rental site at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is at least 2400 SqFt with beautiful landscaping, a 35×80 paved pad, and full hookups with 50 amp service, and WiFi. Each site is individually owned, decorated and supplied with amenities by the owner of the lot. These amenities may include features like covered eating areas, grill, palapas, outside kitchen or entertainment areas. Please look at the individual lot description for all included amenities. The site pricing is based on the number of amenities available to a guest during their stay. Bronze sites offer an RV pad and grass, turf or rock landscaping. Silver Sites offer limitied amenities such as seating, shade and grass or turf. Gold sites are well appointed and offer seating, shade, lighting, and buildouts with appliances. Diamond Sites are the premier equipped sites in the resort with beautiful buildouts, amenities and some offer half baths for guest use.

Can I rent a golf cart from Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort?
Golf carts are not available for rental.

Is booking online secure?
We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?
A maximum of three well-mannered and quiet pets are allowed on each lot, however, except for service animals, pets are not allowed inside any of the bath houses, clubhouse or pool areas.  Pet owners must keep their pets on a leash that is no more than 6 feet in length (except in the dog run located near the front gate) and promptly pick up after their pet. Pet relief areas for leashed pets are available in the four corners of the resort. Please contact guest services at 702-897-9300 with any questions.

Is my site selection guaranteed?
Normally, the answer is yes, however, we are a site ownership resort which means that, in the unlikely event the owner of the rental site you selected sells or removes the property from the rental pool, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss a suitable replacement site.

How much of a deposit is required and when is the balance due?
All reservations made 10 days or more prior to arrival require a 50% deposit to hold chosen dates with the balance due 10 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full for the entire reservation.

What is Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort’s cancellation policy?
Upon Cancellation of a reservation 14 days or more prior to arrival we will return the 50% deposit amount taken minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in loss of 50% of the entire reservation cost.
• All reservations made 14 days or more prior to arrival require a 50% deposit to hold chosen dates with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full for the entire reservation.

Does Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort allow outdoor fires and can we add decorations like flags and banners to our lot?
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the natural beauty and landscaping of the resort rather than decorate their sites with temporary or permanent ornamentation. No Structures may be erected on any site. This includes clotheslines or drying racks, fences, awning enclosures, and popup shade tents. Small, tasteful lawn decorations, flags, and banners are permitted. No wood or charcoal fires are permitted.

When can we check-in to the resort and what time do we need to check-out?
We ask our guests to check-in after 1 p.m. and check-out by 12 noon on your day of departure. Please notify us as early as possible if you would like to inquire about the possibility of early check-in or late check-out.

Is it permissible to wash my motorcoach while visiting Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort ?
We encourage guests to keep their rigs looking spiffy. Guests are not permitted to wash their own coaches. Guests can hire one of our local professional detailing companies to do the work for you. Please contact our helpful office staff at the Welcome Center or refer to our guest guide to get phone numbers for local contractors.

What are the pool and spa use hours?
The pool and spas are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm  and we ask that guests please be courteous in your use of the pool and pool area, taking extra care to limit noise. The pool and spa may need to be closed occasionally for maintenance and special events. We do not have a lifeguard on duty so guests may use the pool and spa at their own risk. For safety reasons, we do not allow glass containers or pets inside the fenced area surrounding the pool. We ask that all children under the age of 16 be accompanied by parents and/or grandparents in the clubhouses and pool area.

Is it permissible to use my gas golf cart, scooter, ATV or Razor as transportation while visiting Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort?
At Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort  we love all of the toys that come with enjoying the great outdoors. However, due to noise and consideration to all our owners and guests, we do not allow gas powered golf carts. Skateboards, scooters, roller skates/rollerblades, off-road vehicles (ATV/UTV, Razors) or similar equipment are prohibited.  

What type of transportation is available to and from Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort?
Since we are minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, taxis, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. We recommend towing a car to have during your stay to visit all the beautiful areas around Las Vegas including Red Rock Canyon Recreation area, Valley of Fire State Park, and Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Car rentals can be obtained at the Harry Reid International airport.

Is it permissible to store my trailer or car dolly on my rental site?
Trailers and car dollies are not allowed to be stored on the rental sites.  However, the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort  staff will be happy to assist with reserving a storage spot and moving your trailer to and from an authorized storage area for the duration of your stay.

What are the welcome center hours?
The Welcome Center is located at the entrance to Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort and it is the place where you register upon arrival, meet with our sales team, plan your stay, schedule a tour of the resort, and receive mail and package deliveries. The Welcome Center hours are Mon.- Sat.. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary throughout the year so please contact the Welcome Center to confirm). Off-season hours may vary.

Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort accepts credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
