Lot sizes are 35X80. Plenty of room for your Class A Motorcoach. Standard Lots with a Buildout offer a spacious 35'x80' lot with a large 20'x65' concrete pad to park your Class A Motorcoach on.  Each Standard Lot with a Buildout includes a built in BBQ, eating area and shade area along with full hookups - 50 AMP power, water and sewer.

Class A Motorcoaches with a length of 25-45 feet are allowed in the resort.  All coaches must be 10 years or newer, or subject to Aesthetics Approval by LVMR Management if older. 

All lots provide full hook-ups with 50 AMP service, water, sewer, and have at minimum a 20'x65' concrete pad. The rental rate includes up to 4 adults.  There is an additional rate charged per adult over the 4 included.

The speed limit in the resort is 12 MPH and strictly enforced.

If you are towing a trailer or a car dolly please contact the office so we can ensure that we can accommodate it in our storage lot (additional rates apply). Trailers and car dollies are not allowed on the lots. 

All lots are privately owned, so please stay off lots that you are not a guest or renter of.

There shall be no tents, portable or permanent spas, hot tub, pools or other similar units placed on or within a site. 

Limit of 3 pets per lot and you must obey the Pet Rules policies.
